There are lots of ways to get more for your money when dining at Walt Disney World. Some restaurants are more expensive but still hold a better value, while the least expensive quick service counter can also be the better option to put more food toward your dollar.
Here are some of my favorite picks for the best value Disney World restaurants.

Disney’s Hollywood Brown Derby
This is an expensive restaurant. There are a lot of expensive restaurants at Disney that still belong on the good-value-list.
This is one of them. When you consider the other restaurants in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, The Brown Derby is pretty comparable in price while offering a much higher standard of quality.
The food is some of the best in Walt Disney World overall, so making a reservation here instead of 50’s Prime Time Cafe might be a good idea if the food is what you’re really into.
Whispering Canyon Cafe
For those who love a bit of fun and sass served up with your skillet meal, head to Whispering Canyon Cafe in Wilderness Lodge.
This is a family-style restaurant with a lot of other menu options. It’s one of the best values at Walt Disney World.
Tripadvisor gives it a 4-star rating, which is rare among restaurants that start in the $15-$30 price range.
Whispering Canyon serves great portions, and it includes that extra element of fun that only a few of the Disney restaurants have. That may be why so many Disney guests make it a must-do on their list whenever they return.
Have you seen these other tips for saving money on food at WDW?
Bon Voyage Breakfast
Character meals and Storybook Meals are all over Walt Disney World. There was a brief hiccup where Disney took them all away, but they are slowly rolling them back out.

One of the character dining experiences I’m looking forward to again is the Bon Voyage Breakfast at Trattoria Al Forno.
This Italian restaurant on Disney’s Boardwalk completely transforms for a themed breakfast that features menu items inspired by Tangled and The Little Mermaid.
During breakfast, Rapunzel and Ariel come out to greet you. As character dining experiences go, this is one of the cheapest, and the food is really good.
Kona Cafe
If you are looking for the best rated/lowest priced restaurants in Walt Disney World, you will surely stumble upon this treasure.
It’s a low profile restaurant at the Polynesian Village where there are a lot of exciting food options, including the quick service Capt. Cooks, Ohana, and Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto.
You can even get a Pineapple Dole Whip at Pineapple Lanai or a Lapu Lapu, one of Disney’s most outrageous cocktails at Tambu Lounge.
So, it’s easy to forget about Kona Cafe, but it’s a sensible choice for good food at a great price. It’s also home to the famous Tonga Toast, a huge banana stuffed french toast slab, coated with cinnamon sugar, and topped with a berry compote.

Earl of Sandwich
For those who want good food quickly without paying “Disney prices,” Earl of Sandwich is a must. It’s on the Marketplace side of Disney Springs, which is the ideal area for families with small children.
Earl of Sandwich offers a good menu selection with excellent portion sizes and reliably low prices.
It’s an absolute favorite for many traveling families who are looking to save as much money as possible on food.
