Is A C-shaped or U-shaped Pregnancy Pillow Better?
Both the U and C-shaped pillows have pro and cons. Depending on your needs, one may be better than the other, but this is a personal decision to make.
U-shaped pillows provide more support for your back and belly, but they take up more space in the bed, which isn’t always optimal.
